If it says that the office opens at 8, it's 8:40 and I've called 5 times trying to make an appt for my son. I keep getting the answering service, for MLK day....that was yesterday. I've called in the past at 8:15, and been able to make an appt. What gives?
We love Charlotte Hall, personable, friendly, AND listens to your concerns. Friendly staff and clean office. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
