2/16/22 - I sat in the parking lot outside the gym for a good 20 minutes before my first class, wondering if this was a good idea. The anxiety was pumping. Thankfully, I got through those doors and found the most welcoming environment I've ever stepped into. I was pushing about 345lbs and was shaking in my shoes but nobody judged me for it.
