We've been a part of this gym for years and it's been a great experience. The owner and head coach, Tom, is genuinely nice and knows his stuff. The kids program is excellent, and many of the coaches have their own children training there, which really speaks to the quality of the environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-oriented, and the coaches do a great job of keeping the classes instructional and fun.

My kids and I have been training at Spartan for a little over a year, and the atmosphere has been outstanding. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable. Coach Tom is great with the kids and excellent at teaching fundamentals. Everyone at the gym is supportive and welcoming. I would highly recommend dropping in and trying a class.
I've been a member of this gym for a while now, and I strongly believe it's one of the best all-around fitness facility in the area. The gym is incredibly well-maintained and a consistently clean environment. The unique mix of members is a huge plus and I have never felt unwelcomed.
