Hard to reach and very dismissive. Nice guy but very unprofessional when it comes to business. The management company doesn’t offer a platform where residents can submit requests. You can almost expect to never receive a response during tax season. The man has his hands in too many places where he’s overextended. There’s nobody else to call but him he’s pretty much a one man show. His receptionist can’t make decisions and will only take your message down. Don’t believe me? John is very trust worthy and I recommend him as a realtor as well as a building manager. He always did the right things for my family and company and is very knowledgeable
John is an excellent agent and property manager. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs. If you have a condo or co-op that needs a hands on property manager, you should definitely consider speaking with him.
