I LOVE Sparrow Eyecare!! I have been there a dozen times now and they are, still hands down the best place to go for my Eyecare. Went back Friday for my annual appointment and once again Dr. Talbot knocked it out of the ball park with her exceptional customer service and care. I’ve never met a doctor who cares so much for their patients. She’s always up to date with the most recent and cutting edge research and technology. She does it for her patients because she truly cares. What an amazing place. I love it there!
Our family was excited about this practice when it opened. We had a great first experience. But with turnover this practice has unfortunately gotten worse over time. Things are not handled in a timely manner and answers seem to be pulled out of the sky in relation to a set of frames that are poor quality and we can’t get warrantied after breaking in a very short period of time. Great Doctor, but the staff has ran this place into the ground. We have found a new office for our family.
Dr. Talbott and her staff are amazing. You can tell that they really care about their patients and the service they’re providing. Every time I've gone in they have been friendly and kind. I have chronic eye pain and worsening vision which has caused some anxiety around medical appointments. Dr. Talbott is always very patient and thorough during my appointments and helps keep my anxiety at bay. I just had the most comprehensive eye exam of my life! Dr Talbott spent a great deal of her time with me. She answered questions that I have had about my eye problems for decades. Her staff is fantastic! And I am sending my entire family to see her! So very happy to have found a superior, caring and thorough doctor! THANK YOU DR TALBOTT
I had my first eye exam at Sparrow Eyecare today and left so very happy!! What a wonderful practice Dr Sarah Talbott has established.
