I left my vehicle at Sparks for the first time without an appointment and they were able to look at it the same day! I was thinking it needed a major repair and they discovered the (much more minor) issue quickly! I had it back the next day! Great, honest, reliable shop! Jeff was great! Great communication and follow-up through the diagnosis and repair! Thanks for getting me back on the road guys!!
Ended up at Sparks on a whim a couple years ago with a flat tire and have been going back ever since. They recently fixed a problem with my convertible that Ford told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I trust their work and prices.
