We hired Brooke to clean our house. Everything started great and they did a great job. However, she started trying to upcharge when we asked about some of our other properties that were smaller than our home. Once we weren't ok with that, the quality of the service dropped greatly. It's such a shame because some of the maids she uses are very good. However, once I didn't fall for her price increase, her attitude and everything changed.
