The atmosphere here is great—the place is well-lit, comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the gentleman who did my girlfriend's pedicure did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The girl who did my mani and pedi was rushed and totally distracted. She spent the entire time chatting with the guy next to her. I had such a pleasant experience today at Sparkling Nails and spa. Tina was very skilled, detailed, kind, gave extra attention to massaging my legs and feet during my pedicure. I loved the cleanliness, happy, peaceful atmosphere and felt so much better when I left. I will definitely be going back and will request Tina again.

I got my nails done today, and I specifically asked for them to be thin and short; instead, the technician made one nail big and the other small. I didn't like them at all—it is truly frustrating. That was $65 wasted; I would have been better off going somewhere else. They clearly don't know how to do the work; they just sit there.
