Scammers!! Stay away from this place! Used a dirty rag to dry my car- left HORRIBLE scratches all over my paint. Asked for a refund and for them to fix it and they BLOCKED ME. Won’t give me a refund and delete bad reviews on google.
-1/5 stars. They are scammers. They damaged my friends car and tried to cover it up. Refused to fix or even reach back out to him to fix it. Now they are trying to sue him because THEY damaged HIS car!!!! If you ask me he should have sued THEM. Clearly they are trying to cover their own asses.
They scammed me by hitting my dash cam on my Tesla then broke the flash drive where the proof was held and refused to give me there camera footage.
Unprofessional. Used product on car seats that damaged material. Would not take accountability

BRAIN DIMOND will get his justification y’all make me sick and just cause y’all broke the flash drive does not mean TESLA didn’t see it. In case y’all didn’t know the flash drive is only for the person that owns the vehicle to see the footage, but TESLA AUTOMATICALLY gets sent the footage if someone hits the car!!!!!!!!! AND THE AUDACITY YALL HAD TO SAY HE COULDN’T LOOK AT YALLS CAMRA FOOTAGE, HOW DARE YALL DISRESPECT SOMEONE LIKE THAT AND THE FACT YOU HAD THE SAME CAR!!!!!!!! 🙄🤮
Terrible service all around . My car came out stained and worsen after wash. They wouldn't take responsibility of their actions and totally disrespectful. This franchise is about money and not service. What they put me through I wouldn't wish to anyone. Take your car elsewhere.
