I agree with the people commenting here that this Sparkless company is a scam. I purchased the service at Costo, they offered me the installation of the machine, guidance on its use and care, delivery of each jug of water inside the house, so I thought it would help me because I have an injured arm and could avoid carrying it. They said that they would call that day to coordinate that installation, they never called, they only managed to install the machine and jugs at the door of the house, without any further information. ... read more

Called again on July 9, 2021. When I selected “new customer” someone answered my call in UNDER 2 minutes!!! I was immediately put on hold when I revealed I did not want to “set up new service” 🤣 Eventually, I got a hold of ‘Kayla’ who took my new address (that I updated via email over a month ago) and was told it would take 6-7 days for my address to be updated in the system, at which point, I COULD CALL THEM BACK TO CANCEL!!! Not sure how this is legal. You cannot change your delivery address or cancel service online. I’ve called several times and ultimately had to hang up for the outrageous wait times. Today I committed to remaining on hold until I got an answer... I waited for 1 hour before hanging up. When I signed up the price of a 5 gallon bottle of water was $7.95 and this month I was charged $27.
