Great customer sevice – They have been very understanding and helpful with my needs. Willing to work with you to make things better. I like the fact that you only have one delivery day each month that means only one day to remember. They even call you a couple days before to remind you. How nice is that. Thank you.
Best tasting water and service in the valley. – I have been a customer for over 4 years and could not be more satisfied with their product and service. Their water is the best I have tasted in the valley and their customer service is A-1. In 4 years time they have have never missed a delivery, never had a problem with my changes and dealt with the one issue I had (after 2 years I had a leaky faucet) to my complete satisfaction (I received a new one promptly in the mail. I have had exceptional service everytime I call O'Premium Waters. I have been a customer of theirs since 2004 and hope to continue with them for many more years. I tell all my friends & family members about O' Premium and suggest they get their service. Compared to other services I have heard about the rating is 5 stars.
Great Customer service!!!! – The service is great and the prices are very reasonable prices for the great tasting water. I recommend it. I drink more water because of it!!!
Do NOT use this company. – I just want to echo some of the earlier reviews in saying that this company is absolutely awful. The man in the van at my door completely lied to me. The woman over the phone lied to me. When my service started and I started being incorrectly charged and I called in, a woman told me that I was wrong and that my initial phone call was recorded. I then asked her to review the phone call as I knew what I was told but was then hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
great experience – O'premium has been awesome! Missed the delivery date and they were nice enough, since we are out of water, to deliver tomorrow...much appreciated! Just wish they would go back to 2x a month delivery.
THE BEST TASTING WATER – O PREMIUM WATERS HAVE GREAT TASTING WATER. I ACTUALLY PREFER THEIR WATER OVER DASANI AND AQUAFINA. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2001. I NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM.. I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THE SAME GREAT QUALITY AND SATISFACTION. THEY ALSO HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND O PREMIUM WATERS.
Best Tasting water ever. – We have tried many different types of water delivery services and found that O Premium is the best in the valley. We enjoy the new drink concepts that come with our monthly deliveries.
fantastic water – I have had service with O Premium water for over 5 years... because the prices were going up I was thinking about cancelling our service however, my family and I would agree its great quality water. We just got the new cooler and so far it feels like an upgrade. **If I could ask that anything be changed it would be the customer service- they need to improve on their communication skills. **
