Best Customer Assistance I've Ever Experienced! – I missed a delivery Date for O Premium Waters & called the customer assistance for help. Usually there is a fee for an extra delivery date, but the gentleman I spoke to named David was very nice, apologetic & kindly excused the delivery fee for me. He made my experience feel very personal & that was very much appreciated. Everyone I've ever spoken to at O Premium Waters has the same friendly attitude! They are wonderful to work with. Thanks!
Very accommodating and understanding – I've delt with other contracts where if something happens you are just out of luck and the customer service is terrible. But with O Premium Waters I had a sitituation come up with a death in my family and I missed my delivery date. When I called O Premium Waters customer service and explained this they sent my wated out the next day at no additional cost to me. Awesome water service. – I've been a user of O Premium Waters for a while now and have had nothing but great service. With the taste of the valley's tap water being pretty much disgusting, and bottled water being priced so high O Premium Waters is a great alternative and very convenient. With the price being about 35 dollars for all I can drink water that means my pets also get to enjoy the clean refreshing taste of O Premium. If you're in the valley, O Premium waters is a MUST.

The Best Tasting Water! – O Premium in our opinion is the best tasting "bottled" water out of all the other companies we have tried. We have been with them for over a year now. Office staff is very helpful and plesant. We have tried to save money by installing an under the sink filter, but in the long run this is the only way to go!! And most economical!
Best water in town, great customer service – I have been with O Premium for many years. I have moved and kept them because they do have the best water that I have tasted. They deliver to your home once a month which might seem unreasonable however if you think about it it is more convenient so you are not having to remeber every week and lug those bottles around all the time. Convenient water and great service! – I live with 3 girls, we are all in college and constantly in and out of the house. Our experience with O water has been amazing. Before we had O water we were always struggling to keep water in the fridge and make sure we had enough. Now with O water we always have cold water available, which is much needed in this heat!
