Called to open an account and request water delivery for our office but I was on for over 40mins so I gave up and hung up
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I had canceled my water delivery subscription with this company and received confirmation that no further deliveries or charges would be made. However, without any coordination, they left water bottles at my doorstep several times and charged my account. When I complained, they said they would pick up the bottles and no more charges would be made. But they took my money, took 7 empty bottles and 6 full bottles, and now they say there is no refund!
