very careless – by Tina Harkins - 03/22/2011 I took my car there for an oil change and a few days later discovered an oil leak under my car. turned out there was no gasket replacement with the oil filter and although I have written asking for a refund, I have not heard from Sparkle Quik Lube. Not even an apology for potentially costing me an engine. update: 3 weeks later, I am still waiting
