Steve and his crew came to start the digging in my tight yard. Very professional and quickly responds to any and all questions i had. When they came to back fill, the crew got caught in a nasty storm before they could completely finish. They only had the final raking/leveling to do. Just like he said, he was back in no time to finish the job. Honest and hardworking bunch of guys. I highly recommend them.
They closed our pool incorrectly and when opened, it was black and filled with tons of leaves. They left my cover a mess on the side of pool with disgusting, wet moldy leaves and water all over it. When they came back to fix the situation, I was told my guys “wasted” their time. Called to speak to a manager and no one has returned my calls. This company is unprofessional and I will certainly not be using them again. A lot of money spent, and we are still cleaning the pool weeks later.
Sparkle Pool Service came to install our pool today and they were great! Stephen and his crew showed up first to do the excavation. They were quick, efficient and very knowledgable. Stephen even dug the electrical trench for us which was key because it would have taken us forever to do it ourselves and it would not have been done correctly. Stephen and the excavation crew have been great! Stephen is very responsive and helpful. The crew worked fast and left the yard very clean.

horrible. Our liner broke. Bought a new one. This company came over to install it. After they left, the new liner came off the side of the pool. They came, "fixed" it again (with no one home) and the same thing happened. Why can't it be done right the first time. People pay a lot of money to keep up their pools. They shouldn't be ripped off.
Steven and his crew just finished installing our semi in ground pool today. These guys are awesome. Professional and reliable! Would highly recommend them !
