Exceptional full service pool install. From coming to my house to decide location for above ground pool, to answering a bunch of my extensive (and sometimes ridiculous) questions, to a highly professional installation and being available for follow up questions. Excellent experience so far. Pool looks great. Kids will be swimming in no time at all. Thanks Brian and team.

Nasty, nasty people!! Every year when they opened pool they left a mess and when I called last year to say they left a mess again and to please put all wet, moldy leaves in a pile and I would bag it, instead of dumping in my rock garden, they never called me back but apparently wrote on my account "crazy lady don't go back"! Thieves!!!! Showed up Saturday at 7:00pm. Then they charge extra to take 4 screws of under my deck and work with a fence around the pool. Said they get 100 dollars normally but since I waited all day they were "nice" enough to take 25 dollars off. What "great" sports. Real bunch of theives. Would never use this company again. Called to complain said they would call back and still waiting for a response. Can't belive Brothers 3 uses this company! Would never buy a pool from them again!! Would rather use Island "Wreck"!
