Horrible customer service! They installed a cover for me 2 weeks ago and it fell off into my pool. The reason they said was at high winds they are meant to do that?? C’mon. I’ve been covering the pool for 5 years and not once did this happen. I was told it would be a service charge to go back and fix it. Thanks but I’ll do it myself and never use you again
