I recently got a shellac from this salon, and unfortunately the experience didn’t hold up to expectations. Within just 3 days, the polish started peeling off, which is quite disappointing considering shellac is meant to last at least 2–3 weeks without chipping. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as consistency and quality really matter when it comes to services like this.
They cut my nails and my cuticles and it hurt very very badly and they put acid on top of it and it happened on the 10th of April
I dropped in today for a mani pedi, was looked after by Em and Lin… These ladies were wonderful! Such care and attention to detail! Em did my pedi and did such a great job, taking it slow and making sure they were perfect! Em started my nails, the acrylic application was perfect! I do my manicure and pedicure few times a year and sparkle nail is the only I shop my family and I come to. Mostly busy because people know it’s the best nail salon at garden city. I usually have Jane who does my Pedicure, she is an amazing and kind person. Her service is always excellent, she ensures her customers are always comfortable . And she’s always got a smile on. She made by day today, I love my pedicure. Deciding whether to come to sparkle nails? I recommend you do, the service is amazing.
Very rushed service and extremely rough in handling and the final product. See photos below. My nails were bleeding and the lady didnt stop?????
