Poor experience. I had several issues arise while using this service. They had to reschedule and asked a convenient time for me. But they did not follow my request and showed up as I was showering. I had some minor special requests that they consistently did not follow. They broke a glass and did not offer any compensation. Several times my door was left unlocked after a cleaning. At the last cleaning, my kitchen counter tops we left dirty, back splash not cleaned and a dirty rag left behind.
Sparkle did my cleaning when I moved out of my latest rental. They did a great job and were very flexible with my needs. Excellent communication. I am a very satisfied customer.
