Terrible. $35 wasted. I had to wipe down my own car because they were were too busy! Too busy? Too busy to provide the service I pre-paid for.
Very DISAPPOINTED. I've seen it busier than this morning too, so that's not an excuse. Just didn't get any of what I paid for except exterior wash. Carpet & mats not vacuumed. Wheels were left dirty. Tires were wet when I left but within 10 minutes; dry & dirty with no shine - which was paid for. I believe in tipping for good service - but that was a mistake too. $35.00 wasted this morning.
CONSUMER BEWARE! They broke my van door and wouldn't take responsibility for it. They were nice enough to pull at it, and put wd40 on it to get it to work and when it didn't they said "sorry it didn't happen here" Now I'm stuck with a right door that doesn't work thanks to the staff at Penndel PA sparkle car wash!
