I have a beautiful '16 Camry that has sat in my driveway, in need of a good washing, since early March I ventured out on Thursday, 6/25 to get the car washed. Sparkle would be the closest one to me. My receipt says I was there at 14:59:33. In speaking to the attendant I brought his attention to some old crusty dirt in the crevice where the top of the trunk meets the car below my rear view window and other areas.... he said to me, "We can take care of that". They did a terrible job after I paid $40 plus tip to have my truck cleaned so they told me it was done and I jumped in and pulled away and when I noticed that only half of my inside windows was cleaned I called to tell them about it and the lady that answered the phone told me sorry nothing we can do about it how do we know you didn’t dirty the windows when you left. I’m sorry but I don’t think anyone would pay $40 for a car wash and then run home to dirty half of the windows so with that said I will not be using sparkle car... read more
Just left under an hour ago! Take my car in every two weeks this will be the last time! They always tape my rear wiper today, they did not! Cost me $18.00 for a new blade! Stood there and watched the kid drying the car trying to hide the torn blade. Asked him no tape? Told me no they just come off! All Good! Thanx for nothing!
