I LOVE Spark Salon! All of the stylists are talented, kind, caring, and love their jobs! I’ve been here 3 times now since they opened back up after COVID and this is my FAVORITE salon! I usually see Gabrielle and she is THE SWEETEST! She is an amazing stylist. I have always left the salon feeling great and looking beautiful. Went here for my first time today to get a balayage and haircut. The girls at the front were friendly and professional. The salon was tidy and stylish. My stylist was Christine and she was so great! She listened closely as I described what I wanted and looked carefully at the pics I brought. She gave me a quote upfront before beginning. Went to Spark Salon for the first time today and seriously LOVED the entire experience. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and welcoming and my stylist, Katie, is so talented! I wear my hair up all the time to prevent my son from ripping my hair out, so I decided I wanted to get bangs and I absolutely love the turnout! They look exactly how I wanted them to! I just went in yesterday to get my hair cut and colored by Gabrielle, and she did an amazing job! The environment overall was really friendly too and all of the stylists and the receptionist were nice.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DON'T RECOMMEND!!! I have been receiving services from this salon for several years. This evening I had an appointment scheduled with Brooke for a color gloss. I had received one in the past from another stylist at this salon. I was told it will help bring back some vibrancy between colors. I explained to the receptionist when making this appointment why I was coming and that my last color was 4 weeks ago.
