Jack was great but after he left it's not been great.
Where do I start? We have rented a beautiful unit at the Lodges at Logan Estates in Rogersville for 3 years now. Every maintenance issue - which have been very few - have been immediately addressed and taken care of. Marilyn has been beyond amazing as our property manager. Stellar communication, kind, professional, just the best ever! Cannot recommend The Lodges at Logan Estates enough for luxury carefree living!!
Easy to deal with. Answered all my questions. Staff seem to be improving all the time. Great customer service!
Friendly staff and clean office
They use spam services and buy cell phone numbers. If their service was as good as they said then they wouldn't have to do that.
