Spark is a great gym for everyone. Everyone is welcome and treated amazing. The staff are there to help you reach your goals. They offer group fitness programs, semi- private and spin. They also have help with nutrion questions and a sauna.
Awesome upper and lower body workout! Victoria was fast paced and encouraging!
