They came to my mom’s house and misled saying they work for the car program then used our phone to accept all the terms and conditions. I am really pissed that we lied to I just wrong and email. I will also be contacting cal Gas in regard to this to make sure it is not switched over.
Just had one of these guy come to my door with a very aggressive pitch saying they could lower my bill or keep it at a fixed rate, so i logged into my socal gas account and the guy started to look at my phone to get the account number along with my name and number to which i got a text from them to answer some Yes or No question. Spark Energy has been an awesome company to work with in the couple months I’ve been with them. Onboarding was seamless and smooth. Overall very happy with them so far.
