So far no problem.
I have been a customer of Spark Energy for about a decade now. I have always paid my bill in full every month. I most recently renewed my service to start a 24 month fixed rate at $0.0919/kWh, I got my bill and I saw my rate increased to $0.219900/kWh. All visible in the screenshot attached. The person I spoke informed me that I would have to pay the full amount which was $400+, then I would be refunded the difference at a later date. a person came to my house telling me that will pay low on my bill with so cal gas only $6 a month so we enroll because we are low income come to find out this is not ture we are going to call tomorrow because we cant afford 2 bills please be careful they pray on the low income community they where going door to door in our low income apartment complex
