I am writing this with disappointment regarding the conduct of one of your agents. He visited our home and misled us into signing up with Spark Energy by falsely stating that our subscription/registration had expired and that we were required to sign up again. As a result, we were unknowingly switched from Consumers Energy to Spark Energy. Please refrain from malpractice sale tactics by your agents or contractors

This is the 2nd time they’ve signed me up without my consent or signature
It's a scam. They provide fix monthly gas changes of $45 but the PGE charges for Gas Delivery which is more than double of that.
