Cheaper than my previous supplier and switching was easy. 4 Stars because they do not offer lower pricing for off peak usage.
As with every single alternate supplier, the pull you in with a cheaper price than your default utility and then boom at the end the price jumps and the cycle of searching continues. The Public Utility Commission should eliminate this entire process. This entire shopping process is a complete annoying waste of time especially to save a few dollars.
So far, so good. I'm happy with a lower-rate electricity bill. I do everything online, so online payments (automatic, a bonus) make this electric supplier a good choice.
