A sales representative from Spark Energy came to my elderly mother’s home on a Sunday evening after 6 PM, falsely claiming to be from Washington Gas and stating there was an “emergency.” He used fear tactics to pressure her into signing documents she didn’t understand...enrolling her in a service she never wanted. I absolutely love this company! I've had them for years and I'm thrilled to be able to take them with me to my new home💖💖💖 Edit: they stole over $900 from my account claiming it was a glitch a few years back. Ain't no WAY I'm leaving this at 5 stars. Actively currently looking to switch
They’re not honest about what they’re doing. They cleaned it with PG&E asked to see your bill to see if you got a discount then they get your information to say they were here at your place checking next thing you know it your clicking OK to something you didn’t know you’re signing up for or they didn’t tell you were signing up for by the time you get the confirmation number it’s too late. What has been done?
