No microwave in the rooms and no ventilation in the bathroom, hardly an industry standard.

The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. It lack a microwave. However, according to staff this is a feature of the Spark line. The location has no storage of restaurants 👍🏼 The odd road interchange does take some getting used to.

After a 10-hour drive, we pulled in at 1:00 AM expecting the room we had reserved. Instead, the woman at the front desk claimed she "couldn't find" our reservation. Elevator barely operated. And we were on 3rd floor. Housekeeping didn’t give us fresh towels, didn’t make our beds, take out garbage, etc…. Nowhere to sit and play cards as we were allowed in the breakfast area that had tables.
