My daughter book her room thru Booking.com went back to her room after studying with her friends and found a spider and ants crawling in her bed Room 208. She immediately went down to front desk for assistance no clerk duty so I called the Hilton Honors Hotline the customer service representative Candace was very nice with also trying to also to contact a clerk on duty with no luck. She ended up leaving at 2AM checking into another hotel with no assistance

Kareen is a superstar in my book. A true test of an organization is not what they do when things go right, but it is what they do when things go wrong. Kareen helped us resolve our issue post haste. And I hope I am spelling her name properly, but Kimono at the front desk was such a treasure and so sweet and so kind. Thank you to both of you!

Horrific. When you go to a Hilton, you expect a room that is not going to reek of bad feet, and showers and tubs the drain. And even though we checked in very late around midnight, you would expect someone at the front desk. I typically use this form to give compliments on great service for great experience. Stay away from this location unless you enjoy the smell of bad feet and a tub that doesn’t drain and water that rises with other people’s hair on it around your feet. Completely revolting.
