Waited 4 hours for a room to be cleaned. Had the reservation for almost two months.
Not cleaned well. Cheap for a reason!
Thank you Winston for your very courteous assistance. I'm glad I changed my mind and decided to stay the night at your hotel. The room was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a very restful night. David was very helpful as well. Thank you both and the Lady manager for a very pleasant stay.
November 23-24, 2025 We arrived at 2:45 PM knowing check-in was at 3:00 PM, but the staff would not allow us to check in even a minute early. When 3:00 PM finally came, we were told that no rooms were ready. My 2-year-old and 3-month-old were then stuck waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes while they prepared a room. During that wait, my kids missed their nap, and I had to change two diapers on a bench in the lobby because the restrooms had no changing tables.
