William - night front desk manager was exceptionally nice! Excellent customer service and hospitality!
It depends on what room you get. We had booked 2 adjoining rooms. One room was fine except for the cricket and spider. The other room had a smell and was unbelievably damp. Like the pages of our books warped, our bags were damp, my hair never dried. The fridges didn't get cold in either room. It was kinda like camping.

Excellent budget hotel. HILTON-class hotel without the higher price. No hot food in continental breakfast, but adequate considering the room rate. Front desk person (Lydia) is a very helpful and positive person.
