Lydia is amazing anytime I’m there she deserves a raise…her and Kristian are great!!!!!!
Lydia the sweet lady in charge of the breakfast set up and Tina the wonderful receptionist, super super sweet! On top of that the actual hotel is super clean, the atmosphere is lovely, everything is very hygenic and super respectful staff. 100% recommend, we are greated every morning and the place feels to comfy.
I had a great stay at Spark by Hilton Plymouth. Lydia at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made me feel welcome. Thank you, Lydia!
First time in the area and my mom and I stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. Great location and easy on - off to the highway. I enjoyed the pool and the gym and everything seemed clean and well taken care of. Exceptional hospitality at the front desk every time. In our case Casey was our angel away from home, and she not only greeted us with a smile even at the crack of dawn or the dead of night, she tracked us down to return hair clips, and give us a gift bag left at the desk, and more.
