My experience was great from the start. I had a few questions about bringing my pet and getting connected rooms. The receptionist Chasity went out of her way to call me to ensure room accommodations were made. Upon arrival, Chasity remembered my name and was very welcoming. The hotel had just the right amenities: pool, cardio machines, and a minimal breakfast. You get what you pay for... which was expected. The pool was the perfect temperature due me and my kids. The noise level in this hotel from the guests in rooms adjacent and above us was one of the worst we have ever experienced. We laid awake until just after midnight, listening to slamming doors and footsteps upstairs, as well as slamming doors outside in the hallway downstairs. While we appreciated the cleanliness of the property, and the bright decor, there is no way to make up for the less than two hours of sleep we received as a result of the noise. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. They take pride in making sure that the hotel is clean and guest are accommodated. The check in process was easy, it smells great and is very bright and vibrant with colors. They have a communication message system where you're able to text if you need anything. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is located very close to the McCain mall and tons of shopping within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely be back.
