Placing a wedding block here was a nightmare. I thought this would be a great place for my friends and family to stay and let me tell you how wrong I was. The customer service was horrendous. They never get back to, never respond to emails, hardly answer the phone. I finally had a block in place with a contract and when my family called to schedule a room they said they were all full and there were no rooms available only for me to call and they tell me no one booked a room yet. Made a reservation while after driving through Cleveland at 2320. At 2342 I received a call that they didn’t have any double queens rooms left even though there were at least 3 different double queen room options available 22 minutes ago. The 3rd shift guy then tells me he can cancel it or change it to a single king. I said “king is fine do not cancel it”.
