terrible software and worse customer service. As a business you have to rely on them to make changes on your account that they never actually make on their end. (even after having a confirmation email 3 months ago from their support team that the changes were made on their end) Every time I reach out to support I am being transferred through 4 different people. It took me a couple hours and speaking to about 10 different people for me to get my problem resolved.
We’ve been using Storable’s EDGE platform, and it has been a nightmare. Our pricing has been broken for 29 days, costing us thousands in lost revenue—and the issue is still unresolved. This isn’t the first time either. Our last service ticket dragged on for 104 days, only for them to give us a temporary “fix” instead of actually resolving the problem. Not such a great experience.
The poorest communication I have ever dealt with. They won't return contacts. They ignore emails. They put you off and act as if they don't even want your business. It would be bad if it was just one person acting that way, but when multiple people act that way it is unbelievable. I've tried to do business with Storable, but its just impossible.
I have a facility of 10 buildings the keypads that I was provided are defective and I have been asking for replacements for months. Finally you are shipping replacements. but not until I got a 2 star review from one of my customers. You canceled my contract with no reason to cancel but your people admitted they made the mistake. this happened while I was on vacation in Hawaii and cost me 3 days of my vacation. you took over credit card processing without even asking us if we wanted that. there are so many other issue I could... read more
