The poorest communication I have ever dealt with. They won't return contacts. They ignore emails. They put you off and act as if they don't even want your business. It would be bad if it was just one person acting that way, but when multiple people act that way it is unbelievable. I've tried to do business with Storable, but its just impossible.

I have a facility of 10 buildings the keypads that I was provided are defective and I have been asking for replacements for months. Finally you are shipping replacements. but not until I got a 2 star review from one of my customers. You canceled my contract with no reason to cancel but your people admitted they made the mistake. this happened while I was on vacation in Hawaii and cost me 3 days of my vacation. you took over credit card processing without even asking us if we wanted that. there are so many other issue I could... read more

If I could leave No Stars I would. This company is garbage, they over sell you on support and after the sell you have none. We have two facilities and as fast as we can find another company to use for this software we are switching. We have been with this company for over two years and it is has been this way from the beginning. Coming from a company with years of experience with their "support" and services we highly advise you to seek a different route than going with this company.

This is what it looks like when you do try to call customer service. Even after being a customer for over 7 years with multiple facilities. 1hr 10 min on hold and counting. Either no one works there or the problems with this software must be off the charts?
