My deepest gratitude to customer service and AL (maintenance) for the exceptional management of my problem with the door not opening. (It was not the storage facilities fault - it was mine). AL showed up with a positive attitude and went to work to open the door to unit. After getting it open, we saw that bins inside had shifted and were up against the door on the inside. I drove up from NC with limited time, and I am very grateful to everyone involved, especially AL. Thank you all so much!
Zero loyalty to long term customers. I'm at $300+ a month which is almost twice as advertised for my 10x12. They have zero care for the customers.
Easy setup- which is important. Half price for first 2 months and open from 5am to 10pm. Awesome ! Very pleased so far !
The attendant Cody was super helpful and was able to swap around spaces because navigating a 30' travel trailer into the spot is was originally given would have been a nightmare. Appreciated that immensely.
