I've had my storage there for over 7 years now and have never had a problem I feel good about leaving my things there thank you for taking good care of my things

Terrible. None of the locks already on the units would release. We tried 4 different units with your rep on the phone and couldn't get any to open. Wife and I stood in the cold trying this for 45 minutes before giving up.
