I am appalled by SpareBox storage and wouldn’t recommended it to even my enemies. At first, they will give you a low rate- it’ll seem like you are getting a bang for your buck. Obviously, you don’t have anywhere to put your stuff which puts you in a situation where you unfortunately have to pay to put it somewhere. SpareBox will increase their rates drastically, and very very quickly. Good help
I was unable to access the unit I paid for as there was a lock on it. When I called customer service and woman named “Nikayla” said I could get a bigger unit for $30 more, a refund in 3-5 days, or the property manager would remove the lock within 72 hours. I am in the middle of moving and my truck is completely loaded up. I asked her why the website tells me I am ready to move in but I can’t because there is a lock on my unit, why does it take the property manager 72 hours to remove a lock on a unit I paid for when Sparebox ... read more
