False advertisement, very disappointed!
I reserved the unit at a facility I was familiar with. I had rented from the previous owner, All Storage. I reserved a climate controlled unit from Spare Box. The person on the phone obviously did not speak English in the home and English was obviously not her first language. When I arrived at the units, I found I had an outdoor, west facing non-climate controlled unit. Not the unit I requested and paid for. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Chris was so very helpful with everything we needed!! Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!! Chris is the best!!
