When I signed up, I was led to believe that my price would not change for a year due to a promotion, but that was a lie. It has gone up every few months (apparently the promo did not actually apply or even exist, and the contract superseded it, so be cautious of anything they tell you to sell a unit) so it has gone from $75 to $118. The move in went good. However the business practices they use if you fall behind on payment is horrible. The company went from trying to charge me like 70 dollars one day to trying to charge 208 the next. I was behind but I did not get any notifications about a lien or the normal ways a storage will let you know. I found out after they tried charging me I logged into my account and saw the link and auction then I called them.
