The move in went good. However the business practices they use if you fall behind on payment is horrible. The company went from trying to charge me like 70 dollars one day to trying to charge 208 the next. I was behind but I did not get any notifications about a lien or the normal ways a storage will let you know. False advertisement, very disappointed!
I reserved the unit at a facility I was familiar with. I had rented from the previous owner, All Storage. I reserved a climate controlled unit from Spare Box. The person on the phone obviously did not speak English in the home and English was obviously not her first language. When I arrived at the units, I found I had an outdoor, west facing non-climate controlled unit. Not the unit I requested and paid for.
