As an inexperienced storage renter, I had to change the size of my unit 3 times and Andy was so gracious to help me! I really appreciate the effort and time that he put in to help me and can confirm that I’m officially moved in! Thank you!!!
First day of the lease and I was provided with a gate code that does not work to access the facility. Three codes and an unhelpful customer service team later, I still can’t access the facility. They don’t have anyone on site to help and they’ll just waste hours of your time while you try to simply get into the building to access your unit. Worst storage experience I’ve ever had, I’d avoid this company when looking for your next unit.
