I decided to move to this apartment complex after relocating from Maryland to Indy. Let me start by saying that there are potholes the size of exercise balls throughout the property. When I moved in there was a colony of mice living in my second floor 2 bed 1 bath unit. After NUMEROUS calls to the leasing office and plenty of visits to speak to the manager herself I finally had maintenance come in and patch some holes. GIRL. they closed off 37th streets entrance from long wharf with a gate, but there’s a gaping gap in the fence right next door. Riding a bike at slowish-normal fat guy on a bike speed, siri/Jesus told me to make a left turn onto 37th. After seeing it was gated off, i tried to cut through aforementioned gap. Much to my dismay i found a single row of super scary barbed wire at eye level. Zero stars, too much drug dealers, people stopped you to ask for money, the apartments are rotten falling apart, the ac/heaters don't work, maintenance and the manager are very rude and disrespectful!, the plumbing sucks lots of apartments with mices, roaches and bed bug. TOO EXPENSIVES
Maintenance it's sucks, I'm living here right now and I reported 3 times already roof leaking. They never fix right, I asked for another apartment and they trying to stuck me with another year lease. I don't recommend this place, this apartment are rotten
I don't recommend moving in here! The managers are disrespectful! They wanna get a attitude when you call and complain about something! They don't care about their residents! All they care about is getting money out of you! They try charging you for stuff when you move out that was there when you moved in! Plus it was written on your move in sheet! They never want to fix anything! They find a reason to blame their residents for everything!
Currently my house has been broke into 2x in one week! I have went to talk to the manager and he won't take action because it's squatters they are staying above me and they watch my every move now I think I am going to have to quit my job to stay home and protect my home! Then they expect 60 days notice but can't protect me or follow up on anything I'm telling them!!!! I'm so angry! Don't move in here it's about money to them not caring about their residents!!!!!!
