I have live here for 9 months lease is almost up! But they ride around all day long. Looking for anything to write you up on! They tow for no reason even if things are current! They dont want you to open your window blinds are patio door are blind! So you can rip blinds tht blind and there be able to fine you! I have lived here for a year and a half and cant wait to Move .....if at all possible dont move here. The bugs are out of control ..tjhey tow everyone and no one speaks english
You will be towed even if you park in the "visitors" parking lot. Apt complex must get kickback from every tow.
My car got towed due to the fact that i was behind on rent and they would not give me a pass. They illegally lock you out of your apartment. They are very rude. The water is off most of the time. They charged ne 35 dollars for a can on my balconoy abd my neighber 75 for having 3 bikes on her balcony instead of 2. They refused to spray my apartment when my son got bit by a spider.when i asked for the corporate offices numberthey refused to give it to me. Before the New management came it was a good complex... now they have all these stupid rules just so they can make money off their tenants. The parking rules are a scam. My back windshield was busted out in the parking lot here a couple months ago and since then my car has been towed 3 times, over 1,200 to get it out, I keep saving to fix my windshield and every time I have to give it to the tow people. Was a good complex. Like my apartment and neighbors. The new management are scam artist. They enforce and unrealistic parking policy that makes the tow service money,the impound lot money and the complex gets w cut. The restrictive parking policy I've. Encountered in my 30yrs of renting. These new management at the leasing office are rude and don't try to fix anything . Need new people to manage these aparments. Don't repair apartments very strict rules here for parking. Air conditioning never works
