I have lived here going on 8 years. The manager here is very prejudice tords Americans and what everyone says about this apartment complex is so true.

The apartment complex tows visitors cars so people park on another neighborhood street. I've picked up beer glass bottles, water bottles, soda, and chip bags the last three days from your residents. Stop littering! The manager won't put a trash can on the front of the property. Have some respect for the neighborhood! The whole street has been neglected the last few years.

DON'T MOVE HERE! They do not perform maintenance at all. Raw sewage comes up through my drain in the kitchen They won't even change a light bulb. Everything is always on order. I have no hot water to wash dishes in my kitchen sink. My dishwasher is still broke from the day I moved in. Plus, management will come under the pretense of a "contractual lien' clause in your lease and take property from your unit instead of filling an eviction. Disgusting! Drug dealers and crime infest this place. Brought it up to the managers attention and was told nothing could be done unless we knew the apartment number of theirs... are we supposed to follow them? They are always outside. The fat cow Melissa will deliberately block your car in if you don't have a sticker just to get it towed. She even parked her stupid little golf cart right behind mine, took pictures of it and kept it there! Made me late to to my sons doctor appointment. Officers found the man's body when they arrived at the Spanish Meadow Apartments in the 2500 block of East Meadow Boulevard in Mesquite around 5 p.m. This place is not safe and the office staff and maintenance are a-holes

lived here since 2010 wish we never moved in here they don't do maintenance put a work order in for my bedroom door on August 15th 2015 now at October 28th 2015 still not fixed sewer runs on the ground all the time you can call them and let them know that it's happening they still don't come to fix it and then when they finally do they leave the human waste laying on the ground and you have to walk through it to get to your automobile or back to your apartment are you have to walk on the railroad ties Aunt on both sides of t... read more

These apartments. Are horrible I wouldn't even recommend them to a homeless person.The manager scam you charge late fees. Even if your rent is paid on time.you cannot have.
