I purchased my house in Sumter SC in Oct 2023. My AC unit was replaced in Sep 2023 prior to my purchase. In June 2024, my compressor went out. The actual warranty was still active but freon and labor were not covered. At the time of the compressor going out, the heat outside was averaging 98°. Mr. Spangler, rushed the company to send the compressor and once it arrived, he came out and personally installed it; by himself. He completed the job at 11:30 PM. I am so appreciative.
