Always hard to change doctors! But I could not be happier! From the front desk to Dr. Rask, I have had wonderful care.
Went in for my 6 mo cleaning. While in general this tends to be a bit traumatic for me. But they did a great job. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered some great suggestions for getting around my many crowns. I will try it and see how things go in 6 months
I've been going to Waterhouse Family Dental for quite a few years. I can honestly say this is the best clinic I've ever been a dental patient at. Why? Wonderfully caring people who are sweet and genuine. Heather, the office manager, is kind and responsive to any question I've had and you can tell she enjoys her work. So friendly, kind, and really care about you as a person.
My initial interactions with Waterhouse Family Dental were very positive. As a new patient, I was able to schedule an exam and x-rays within a couple of weeks. My first visit to the office was comfortable. The Receptionist/Scheduler was welcoming and professional. The X-ray Technician and the Hygienist were both personable and professional. I was in a tough spot— temporarily in this area for my husband’s lengthy medical treatments, when my crown came off. Dr. Rask and his team were professional and friendly, from Andrea & Heather on the phone at my first inquiries— to Tamera & Dr Rask himself! Their considerate and skillful treatment was very much appreciated!
