I visited the salon tonight with 2 of my girlfriends. Sherlly performed my massage. HANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE EVER! She was so nice and polite. She made me feel very comfortable. When we entered the salon we were greeted with a nice welcome from the receptionist. We then got pedicures done. The nail techs were so polite! They made sure we were comfortable and had a beverage while we were getting our pedicures done. Overall such a great experience! We will definitely be back!!!
******UPDATE***** Manager Shin, called back to fix the problem. thanks for listening and understanding. I started going her about a month ago, the personnel are extremely nice, really nice expect when it comes to a problem/issue then Shin (Mgr) is not a understanding person of the customers. The pricing is crazy. I don't like to be nickel and dimed to death. I have never been to a place that charges for shaping of "short" nails. Not long enough for anything but a NATURAL oval, but oval is a charge. That is crazy. And I HATE ... read more
