We actually dodged a bullet with this place. My family member was going to transferred here. Talked to HALEY in admissions. Awful. Just awful., case workers and the medical system keeps family members making these decisions in the dark and then they get rude and have massive ego superiority complexes when you ask direct questions. Especially when they mess up the files, don't communicate, and blame the patient or put them in a terrible position because they didnt do their job. This place is no different. Great therapists, great staff, great doctors, great admin. I only stayed 12 days but my stay was outstanding.
So my wife is in the rehabilitation center here she is in so much pain after surgery she calls me every night crying how the nurses are not helping her at all manage her pain especially wean it takes 5 hours over for them to bring pain meds honestly she just told me the nurse Brenda was telling her she is becoming an addict to narcotics first of all my wife has pain meds here at the house thousands of them she ain't there for no meds this Brenda needs to quit descriminating against my wife just because Brenda's life is miser... read more
