Everyone there was amazing. Case mgr Dr's, Nurses,CNAs,OTs,PTs. I went in there with a goal of walking. They push you as hard as they need to. Overall great atmosphere with outstanding people who work there.
I was there for about 5 days .. walked out .. I see a lot of familiar items in the 1 star rating and sadly I experienced a lot of them. Was told I could not not leave because my insurance would not cover outside medical unless Spaulding approved my release. That is not true. . I wish I could have read reviews then. It would have saved me a lot of hurt and frustration and tears and anxiety . BTW, St Luke's only recommended Spaulding. Thinking $$$
