Very Difficult
The only county office closed for two days in view of Juneteenth. All government offices returned back to work today except the Spalding County Tag Office. Now those who were unable to get their tags via their office or new Kiosk in the Kroger grocery store on 16 because of issues with the machine will be fined on Monday a late fee. I guess Spalding County will do anything to make money.👎
The office is awful on customer service I went to purchase my tags and stood in line over 30 minutes. It it was only 3 people ahead of me the sad thing is the elderly people standing in line so long
The reason they have 2 stars overall is because of rude and nasty customer service reps like Ms. Star/Starr. Hate I pay taxes here. Also, they need to update their address on Google. They moved to 411 Solomon. Update: Giving 4- stars for the 5-star level of customer service provided by Nikki today. Thank you.
alexis was very rude and expected me and my grandmother to know exactly what we were supposed to do. she often threw stuff under the window. very unprofessional
