We took elliot today for a vet visit. My husband called at 8:41 and the lady told him is to early because the appointment was at 9am. They called me later at 9:12 asking if we want to reschedule, I’m like my husband is been waiting for 30 in the parking and he called. When I called back they are dying he called the wrong number, Noo he called the correct one. They need to pay attention to the calls and be more polite. We love this animal hospital. The facility is beautiful, very clean, staff helpful and friendly, veterinarians are informative and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. I currently take our Goldendoodle puppy there and will also have our three cats go there too. So happy I made the decision to switch to Spalding.
The doctors are incredible with our anxious cats. They always take the time to explain procedures and to help us understand the treatments. We have never been happier with a vet! So glad we found them.
We have been taking our two dogs (and our former cat) here since they opened. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Drs. Steyling has a lot of patience with my extremely overexcited lab. They always take the time to listen to our concerns even when some of them are ridiculous. They take such good care of the animals!! We love Spalding and so do my dogs!!
I called yesterday because our dog developed a head tilt. We were told to bring him in between 8-12 and Saturday no appointment needed. I asked again, “are you sure we don’t need an appointment.” The reply was no appointment needed. We showed up at 8, they don’t open until 9 on Saturday. We returned at 10 and were told they were booked and he needed an appointment. The receptionist apologized and asked the vet if he could be seen. I'm very unhappy with this hospital. Not just because they put the cone incorrectly on my dog after the neuter surgery, which caused skin infection on his neck and now he's suffering for days, but also the last vet that came in the room sounds like accusing us of not taking care of our dog when we asked to exempt the bill ( it's only $40! I would totally pay it even it's $4000 for a good service). I would like to at least get a nice apology from the hospital before the customer gets blamed first! They are good. But today I went to pickup my dog from the spa. There was two employees and they said I have two come back in 30 minues because the person that do the check outs is eating. Just train your employees to do the check and don’t make your cliente waste their time
