I lived in S 43rd Street from 2019-2020. I had a great experience with Spak from the beginning. They showed us around the apartment and made sure all our questions were answered. They let us use credit karma instead of running a hard inquiry on our credit, which I appreciated. And they made sure to go over any questions I had with the lease! Moving in was simple and fine.
