TERRIBLE!!! After finishing the bread I asked for another one 3 times. Once to my waiter and twice to other workers. One time, he clearly heard me but ignored me...I finally went to the kitchen to get some...I had the Fettuccine Alfredo...it was FULL of oil, plain, and small...the booths were nice looking, that is, until you sit forward and the whole thing tilts. (The padding covering the whole booth was not bolted in) At one time, I used to LOVE this place. Now it is TERRIBLE!!! I am NEVER going there EVER again!!!

Gone downhill – This place has gone way downhill since the last time I had eaten there. The food had almost no taste and they are always out of the brownie when ordering dinner for two. There is much better Italian food in the Pittsburgh area.

Great place to eat – On both occasions we ate there... the food was great and our server was fantastic. The first time we went we had a reservation...there was a huge line waiting to get it...a couple leaving told us they were told it was an hour and a half wait...I went to the front of the line...gave my name and we were seated immediately...one of my favorites...

THE WORST DINNING EXPERIENCE EVER – You be the judge...... -Waited an hour for our food.... -Meals arrived cold and the meatballs on the kids meals had been microwaved to the consistency of rocks. -Dust on every flat surface in sight along with a weeks worth of bread crumbs left on the bench. -Manager could not be found and waitress refused to adjust bill. We refused to pay....Thank goodness for Amex.

Just can't get it together! – My family twice made reservations at this place and twice they were not honored. We have large family with small children so its important for us to get in early so I made reservations to guarantee this. Both times they claimed the reservation didn't exist! For those of you with small children who turn into gremlins after their bedtime this is a serious setback for a family trying to celebrate a special event.

3 of us went here today for lunch. The waitress was very very slow and even appeared confused at times. 2 of our checks were overcharged by several dollars to which the Manager did apologize and paid for the 2 lunches. The salads were so cold ,lettuce almost frozen and the waitress made my friends wait for their soup and salad until my hot food was delivered. Best Value & Service i've ever had – First, free parking!...you can't find that downtown anywhere. We had an excellent server who suggested a new shrimp dish, she told us that they make all of their sauces from scratch every day. We're Wednesday regulars, they have Spaghetti with salad, bread, and soft drink for only $4.99. We were pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the restaurant was. Great Value, Private room for Large Groups, Free Parking WOW! A friend recommended the Spaghetti Warehouse... we went on a Friday night, the place was busy but was well staffed and exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved all of the interesting antiques on the walls and the rest of the decor. Our server was great, he suggested the 15 Layer Incredible Lasagna. My wife had a spaghetti dish she says was better then her mother could make. With drinks and an appetizer, my family of 4 ate for less than $30.
