As I am typing this my belongings are sitting in a broken down elevator at 11:04 at night. My father in law had to push the door open to get out of the elevator himself so he wasn’t trapped. There are no phone numbers or help to be found. This happened at 7:45PM and access hours are until 9PM. Another costumer (not us) called the non-emergency number to get help and the fire department came and can’t get the elevator open. The other elevator is shut down.
