Renting from this Public storage location was a great experience. I have utilized this facility a few times . Good value. Safe and clean. The staff is wonderful - today I am leaving because I no longer need the space and Amelia was so friendly and helpful. I was able to end my lease quickly online on the app, check in with her and be on my way. I will be back when I need to store my items again. Highly recommend!
Have used this location in Franklin twice now and each time has been great. Plenty of rolling hand carts available. The place is clean easy to access. Amelia has helped us twice now and each time has been very nice. Thanks!
Out of a few different storage operations I have experienced, this one is the best. Clean, available hand carts, bright and just well managed. I want to specifically complement Amelia, who is just wonderful. She is delightful and super helpful!
They keep raising the monthly rate but there’s zero way to get in touch. They won’t email, won’t answer the phone, even the virtual assistant said they have high chat volume and couldn’t help me. Nice place, but the total lack of costumer service even while charging me $20 more per month every other month is confusing at best.
