They keep raising the monthly rate but there’s zero way to get in touch. They won’t email, won’t answer the phone, even the virtual assistant said they have high chat volume and couldn’t help me. Nice place, but the total lack of costumer service even while charging me $20 more per month every other month is confusing at best.
Easy move-in and move-out, Amelia was very helpful during move-out
Ended up needing a larger storage unit for a short amount of time and Amelia was extremely helpful in making it a super easy process to "upgrade" my unit. Highly recommend this facility.
So impressed with the wonderful staff at this location. Amelia is fantastic and helped immensely with getting the right unit for my needs. Thank you!
