My experience was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager, Atlas Powell, handled the situation very poorly and appeared to take advantage of a senior citizen instead of providing the assistance and professionalism that should be expected. Rather than resolving the issue, his actions made the situation significantly worse. To make matters even more concerning, the customer’s vehicle was damaged during the incident, and Atlas denied responsibility.
