We have used these storage facility for 2 almost 3 years. We have not missed a payment and the one time we pay with cash our payment goes missing and we are told we can not speak with upper management regarding our complaint. Now we owe a double payment before we can access our unit.
I called with a problem and Tasha was an amazing help. Solved the problem quickly and was extremely friendly and kind.
Irene was very helpful with my bigger unit and friendly.
Great staff. Easy storage rental. No hassle. Individual gate codes. Closes at 7.
