look at my review on your website! waiting 2 hours brought my paper work in that was mailed to me got there 20 minutes early, Iris the PA was nasty, unprofessional after waiting 2 hours she had a patient in with her and one more before me. this poor old man shaking freezing with a wool cap and coat on said he was waiting 1:45 minutes just for a dressing chafe. then they seriously ask me if I wanted to reschedule I said no of course, why would I reschedule to wait another two two and a half hours to see it unprofessional PA t... read more
RecommendedThe doctor, the nurses and the technicians are all caring and compassionate. They make you feel like you are the only patient in the office.
Dr. Dovgan is my hero. He has now saved me from the heaviness, burning, swelling, purple spider veins, and difficulty getting out of bed in the morning! When I voiced my concern about my vericose and spider veins and the debilitating pain they caused me I was told it was "cosmetic" just "ugly" by my primary care doctor. I had my veins done on my right leg. The staff is exceptional, from the receptionist to those who were in on my procedure, all were courteous and professional in a friendly manner. Dr. Dovgen made me feel totally at ease. If I have one complaint, it's those darned compression stockings. Hate em. And I can't blame that on the office, I can blame that on insurance.
Very professional, always go out of their way to make your experiences good! Dr. Dovgan is the best! He did my AAA surgery and both Corotid arteries. All doing great to date. My legs are bad, but not time for any procedures as yet. Next appt 2 yrs away. Praise the Lord for answered prayers! Thank you Jesus!

They would be better if the staff didn't talk about politics while performing procedures on patients when they don't know the political leanings of their patients. Very unprofessional
