I have been suffering from a severe form of rhuematoid arthritis for over 10 years and have seen as many doctors, maybe more. I am a current patient at this office and have been for 13months. I love their doctors they have always taken the time to listen and address my concerns. I am now able to function every day and be a mom to my children instead of being in pain all day. I have never had a problem with the office staff, they have always been nice to me. They even have helped me with being able to work around my work schedule with being seen. I was seen for over a 2 years and the secretary's seem nice, thats just the first time visit attitude they have. They are very snippy, they really believe they're doctors and they make decisions for the doctors, I had one secretary tell me that i was NEVER allowed "per contract" (of course) to speak with my doctor after the visit, on the phone or in person.
